Maikuu keskel puhkesid maakohas õide kaunid täidisõielised tulbid ning ühe neist tõime ka endale koju vaasi. Käisime väikesel rattaretkel Riisiperes ja Turbas kevadet tervitamas ja jäädvustamas. Pidasime emadepäeva Botaanikaaias, kus parasjagu toimus erinevate tulbisortide näitus (pildil tavaline punane lihtõieline tulp) ja rohu seest leidsime ka harilikku kirikakart (Bellis perennis) ehk margareetasid. Inspireerituna kogu sellest lilleilust tegin teoks oma ammuse idee ja meisterdasin valmis roosidest peapaela. Selle boheemlasliku peaehtega kavatsen läbi suve lehvida :)

In mid-May beautiful double early tulips blossomed in the countryside and we brought one of them home and put it in a vase. We went on a short bike trip in Riisipere and Turba to salute and capture springtime. We celebrated Mother's Day at the Botanic Garden where a tulip exhibition was held (on the picture there's a regular red single early tulip). We found some common daisies (Bellis perennis) in the grass, too. Inspired by the overwhelming beauty of flowers I accomplished my long-cherished idea of making a headband with roses. With this bohemian coronet I intend to swirl through the summer :)
